Our serviced pitches are numbered. Whilst every effort will be made to meet special requests to allocate a particular pitch, no guarantee will be given, as bookings may have to be moved from time to time. Extensions can be arranged but always subject to existing bookings.
The balance outstanding on any booking must be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Your booking is conditional on full payment being received on arrival.

You may cancel a booking at any time. However, refunds are not normally given for cancellations. In certain extenuating circumstances, credit may be given for unused night’s stay, but not for inclement weather. Any refunds or credit given will be at the discretion of Management.

Bookings are only accepted from family groups, couples, clubs or organisations. Single persons under 18 years of age are not accepted unless members of a family or of a recognised club or organisation with qualified leaders who will be responsible for their conduct. No minors under the age of 18 to be outside of dwelling after 11pm unless supervised by a parent or guardian (brother, sister or friend not included).

Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where its guest has failed to disclose all material facts as required on the booking form. The company may also require any person not observing the park rules or creating a nuisance to leave the park. In these circumstances the company shall not be under any liability to the persons involved and shall be discharged from further performances of its obligations. No refunds will be given.

The right is reserved; (a) to modify our prices in the light of future cost changes (i.e. changes to VAT, (b) owing to a policy of continual improvement, to make changes to Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park and its facilities as described without notice.

The management reserve the right to refuse a booking or entry to any person or persons at any time without reason being given.

Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park and its employees are absolved from all liability for accidents to tourers and campers and from any responsibility for loss of damage to personal property.

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking. Dogs must not be left unattended and must be kept on a lead at all times on our park. Any mess must be cleaned up immediately. Offenders will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
